Instrumentals from Ice Storm Audio are licensed under two different license agreements:

Non-exclusive: When you license an instrumental from us under the "non-exclusive agreement", Ice Storm Audio LLC retains the copyright and all exclusive rights to the original instrumental. The non-exclusive agreement lasts for one year. During this time, you may create one new recording using the instrumental and distribute up to 1,000 copies of this new recording. You may not re-sell the original instrumental or alter any portion of it. Non-exclusive instrumentals are licensed to multiple artists. If you are looking for an instrumental that no other artist may use, choose exclusive.

Exclusive: With the "exclusive agreement" option, you will have full, exclusive rights to the instrumental. This lasts forever. You may create as many new recordings with the instrumental as you like, and distribute unlimited copies of the new recordings. You will have access to each track of the instrumental so that you can alter individual parts for your new recordings. Ice Storm Audio will still retain the copyright to the original instrumental, and you may not resell the original instrumental. When an instrumental is purchased with our exclusive agreement, it is removed from the site and is not available for purchase by anyone else. If you need an original instrumental, this is the option to choose! This is the best option if you plan on using an instrumental more than once.

When you license an instrumental, you will have instant access to the instrumental in mp3 format. You will be able to download this file once. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us.

There will be a contract enclosed with the instrumental that must be signed and returned to us in order to receive the full quality instrumental in .wav format.

You may not sell, license, or distribute any instrumental licensed from Ice Storm Audio LLC.

Credit must be given to Ice Storm Audio on all instrumentals licensed or acquired through Ice Storm Audio LLC.
