How are instrumentals delivered?

When you license an instrumental, you will receive a .zip file containing the instrumental in mp3 format along with the license agreement. You are required fill out this form and return it to us via e-mail. You will then receive the uncompressed .wav file of the instrumental along with the signed license agreement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns.

Can I have free instrumentals?

We will offer some instrumentals free of charge on our site. We will stil require that you notify us of any use of these instrumentals and that Ice Storm Audio is given credit on any song using the instrumental.

What is the license agreement?

The license agreement states in writing what you, as the licensee, are allowed to do with an instrumental licensed from Ice Storm Audio LLC. For more information, see the "Licensing Info" page.

I paid for and downloaded the instrumental, where is the WAV version?

You need to sign and return the contract file (.pdf) to us via e-mail and then we will send you a link to the WAV file. Send all signed contracts to info at icestormaudio dot com
